It’s Fall Ya’ll

Oh I am so so so very excited! Fall is my most favorite time of year! The weather here has been perfect the last couple of days! I thought I would share a few pictures of our weekend.

Disclaimer* You will see so many Razorback shirts it could make your eyes hurt. We are still faithful fans even though we were very disappointed yesterday. They played a great game.

Oh yes we also took Jayci to see Disney Live on Friday. I’m pretty sure she hasn’t taken the crown off since!

This is my Dad with the Princess and my cousin, M. They are such good friends.

Jayci and M are only 2 weeks apart.

After the reunion and the disappointing lose…a little family football game went on at my parents house!

These pictures are from this morning. I sent Jayci to church with my MIL because I am not feeling too well and it was cool enough for her to wear BOOTS! So I just HAD to get a few pictures.

She is such a sassy thing if you can’t tell…

Hope all of you have a good relaxing Sunday and a great week ahead!

Little Dancer

Tonight was Jayci’s first night of dance class. It was sooo cute. I asked her what her favorite part was and she said, “All of it!” I love that she could not just choose one part of it. She is in a class that does tap, ballet, and tumbling. I honestly feel for her teacher a little bit because she has like 13 girls that are all 4-6 years old. I have to add that her teacher, Ms. L, is a girl that I went to high school with and it is so much fun that she gets to teach my daughter. However, they all did wonderful and paid attention as well as possible. Here are some pictures from tonight. (I know I looked like the weird mom with the camera but I really didn’t care. I have a blog to keep updated! Ha)

Jayci is on the end of the bar. They were doing their warm-ups.

I just love that she looks so happy and is concentrating on listening to the teacher.

Yeah she caught me taking pictures a couple of times!

After this the teacher, Mrs. L, called her to come to the front of the class to show a tap move they had been working on. I was so proud of her for being a big girl and going up there. Sometimes she can go into a shy mode and not want to get up in front of anybody but she is really starting to come out of her shell here recently!

Meet Lucy

This is Lucy! She is the newest addition to our small family. We were sitting outside on the patio enjoying the beautiful weather. I was admiring the next door neighbors dog when the next thing I know we decided we were going to go look for a dog. Jay called Petsmart and asked if they had any dogs there for adoption and they did!
Lucy is part Lab part Australian Shepard mix (we think). Since she was a stray we really have no idea. We adopted her from Animal Control which euthanizes if nobody adopts the animal. So we are extremely happy she is a part of our family now.

Jayci is still getting used to her.

She loves her but she doesn't want her to bite or scratch her.

I hope they grow to be great friends!!!

A little Woo Pig Sooie and some night fishing

Today was the first Razorback game of the season. Can I get a WOOO PIG SOOIE?!? We had a wonderful time celebrating the game in our new home with friends. We had several families over and LOTS of food. The weather was so wonderful the kids played outside even after it was dark. I love having a big enough house to have people over in.

All of us in our Razorback gear!
After the game Jay's dad, Dennis, was here and they decided to do a little night fishing. Of course, Jayci wanted to go which meant that I had to follow with the camera!

Jayci and Papaw
Papaw showing everyone how to put "catfish bait" on the hook. By catfish bait I mean hot dogs marinated in dry strawberry kool-aid mix, minced garlic, and water. Doesn't it just sound yummy?!?

The only thing that was caught last night.....a bag of ROCKS

Jayci casting it out by herself. All she wanted to was cast it and reel it in but it was cute watching her!

Hope each of you had a wonderful Saturday! I have another post coming soon of something else we did this weekend!!!
