4th of July

Well I made it through my first weekend back at work. Saturday was tough. I have to admit I was on the verge of tears all day and then started crying about an hour before I left and continued until I got almost to work. It was crazy! Once I got to work I was fine and I actually had a good weekend. I have amazing co-workers that are fun to work with so that helped too. 020

Anyway, back to today…. I slept most of the day since I had to work last night. Once I woke up we got ready and went and picked up our Jayci girl. She had been in Tennessee all weekend with my aunts and my dad. She had so much fun. Once we picked her up we ate dinner and went to some friends house in our neighborhood. It was fun. All of their neighbors hang out outside and shoot fireworks. We enjoyed it and it was just relaxing to not have to fight a crowd. 008

All the kids…. I just realized Korbyn is the only boy in this picture.

My sweet babies. Korbyn looks so big in this picture to me. We go tomorrow for his 2 month check up so I am interested to see how long he is and what percentiles he is in now.

Such a daddies girl!

Well I hope all of you had a fantastic 4th of July weekend. Have a good week! Jayci starts Princess Camp tomorrow so we will see how that goes!?!

Princess camp sounds fun! We did a princess ballet camp a few years ago at our community center. This year, she opted for soccer camp. Chalk it up to growing up??? (stopping in from Jenna's...)

That must be so hard to go back to work when he is so young. I live in Canada and Mat. leave is one year here.

Super cute 4th of July outfits!

I wish our maternity was a year! Luckily I only have to work 2 nights a week so I get to be home with them all week long!

Here from Jenna's commenting challenge....your kids are sooo cute and I absolutely love the name Korbyn!!! Too cute! I'm sure it was very hard to leave him to go back to work but pediatric nurses are sooo important and I'm sure the parents of your patients were glad to see you!!

Jumping over from Jenna's!! Your kids are so precious, I know those first days back are so hard. Best wishes for you as you get adjusted back to your routine!
